An on-screen character in TV cleanser Emmerdale has been accused of heinous substantial damage (GBH) and ambush on a retired person.
Stamp Jordon, 53, who plays Daz Spencer in the ITV appear, is blamed for assaulting the 67-year-old man in Oldham on 1 July.
More noteworthy Manchester Police (GMP) said he had been accused of GBH and regular attack.
Mr Jordon, of Tamewater Court, Oldham, is expected to show up at Tameside Magistrates' Court on 8 November.
A GMP representative said officers were called instantly before 21:30 BST following reports of a strike on Shaw Hall Bank Road in Oldham.
"A 67-year-old man was taken to clinic with facial wounds," the representative included
Mr Jordon originally showed up as previous fighter Daz in the long-running cleanser in 2014 and turned into a standard cast part in August 2017.
He has already had jobs in shows including Heartbeat, Coronation Street and Casualty.
